The setting was unbeatable, the building, rooms, and all facilities were great, and the city itself was wonderful. Breakfast was sufficient and the person who attended to us in the morning was very kind. The building is historic, the floor is wooden and makes noise, but you get used to it. Maybe add a few more pillows per room, because they’re quite low.

The location is excellent, the old building has a lot of charm, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The staff were very accommodating and let us check in early because the room was ready. Breakfast was nice and the bed was comfortable. The only downside was the loud nightlife across the plaza until 11 pm, which might not be typical.

The spot by the Grand Canal is outstanding, and all the city’s sights are within walking distance. The room, including the bathroom, was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was adequate for us, and the staff were very friendly and attentive.
