The hotel is in a great location, the staff are super attentive and cooperative, and the physical facilities are very good, along with a nice breakfast. Overall, the accommodation was very satisfactory, with no negative points to mention.

The location is ideal, the reception and staff are friendly, the place is clean, the room comfortable, and breakfast on the beautiful terrace is delightful.

The staff were lovely, helpful, and friendly. The location is great—just a short walk to the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, and Piazza Michelangelo. Our room was larger than expected and located at the back of the building, offering much appreciated quiet. There’s a large rooftop patio for breakfast or evening drinks. Parking is available if reserved and for a daily fee; they’ll park your car for you if you wish. The only issue is the steps up to the elevator, which can be hard with luggage—just ask for help if needed.
