The hotel's location near the railway station is a major plus, but unfortunately, it's overshadowed by some pretty significant issues. The staff, particularly the male receptionist, were polite and courteous, which is a credit to the local culture in Erode, Coimbatore. However, the lack of hot water facilities was a major letdown, and it's surprising that a geyser is fitted in the bathroom but doesn't work.

My stay at this hotel was a disaster from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was hit with the smell of dust and neglect, and it only got worse from there. The staff were completely unhelpful and rude, and the maintenance was so poor that I couldn't even stay for one night due to the civil work going on in the first floor. To make matters worse, I had to beg for a blanket at 9 pm, and the intercom in my room didn't work.
