How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location and closeness to nature were great. The unit was full of spider webs and looked neglected; it was very dusty and the drawers and wardrobe had items that clearly belonged to someone else. The kettle was filled with yellowish gunk and didn’t work after cleaning.

The location is nice, close to a pool and a shop. The unit needs work: bedding is old and torn, the duvet is lumpy. There’s no air‑conditioning as advertised, and the ceiling fan is off‑balance, making noise—sleeping with it on is impossible. Rats are under the sink, there’s no comfortable seating, one living‑area light is out, the cupboard door under the sink is broken, and the underside of the kitchen cabinets is very dirty.

The listing claimed an air conditioner, but when we arrived there was none, the room was dusty and dirty, and the towels were unclean. We were disappointed, and the manager simply told us to enjoy our weekend and promised to fix the listing. That felt unfair.

No air conditioning, worn furniture that didn’t match, a broken key box, and a huge Alwyn plant at the front door that caused an injury.

The staff were helpful and the facilities were good, but we came to a filthy room on day one and found rats inside.
