How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.

We had to wait 30 minutes for a night attendant to find someone to give us our room, and the strong smell was unpleasant; the shower head was caving in from rain, and the trolley for our luggage had flat tires. The “free breakfast” was just a nutri‑grain bar, a muffin, or instant oatmeal. We stayed at ten different places, and this one was by far the worst.

The bathtub was near the space center, but the Wi‑Fi didn’t connect, and when I asked the front desk for help they blamed my iPhone and shifted the blame.

The old hotel had dirty towels, cockroaches in the bathroom, a hashish smell in the hallway, and the breakfast didn’t suffice for everyone.
