Very friendly staff, the estate is cozy, and we stayed in August 2026. There are shops nearby where you can buy everything you need. Overall, we enjoyed the vacation, managed to relax in peace, and enjoyed the beautiful views.

I’ve traveled a lot, so I have plenty to compare against, and this place tops them all. The location is perfect—on a central street and only a 7‑minute walk to the center of Shayany. Directly opposite is a mineral water kiosk that even locals frequent; the water here costs several times less than at the “Shayan” sanatorium kiosk. Every detail is thought through: a pool, a cozy terrace, a barbecue area, a shared kitchen, and rooms with private kitchens. Near the tables in the relaxation zones there are power outlets everywhere, a small but essential touch that makes the stay truly comfortable. The room exceeded my expectations: plenty of hangers, a clothes dryer, laundry supplies, bathrobes, separate towels for the pool, an air‑conditioner, and a spacious balcony—things that even pricier hotels forget. The views from the windows and balcony are worth mentioning; they’re perfect for morning coffee or an evening after a busy day. Our room was very quiet and secluded, ideal for those who value peace and privacy. Special thanks to the owners and staff; they’re attentive, genuinely care about guests, yet do so so delicately that their care never feels intrusive. We even checked out other farms and hotels in Shayany; even if you find cheaper accommodation, you won’t get this combination of price, cleanliness, room equipment, thoughtful details, and comfort. It’s the place I want to return to and would recommend without hesitation.

What a great spot! The host was very friendly, and the staff are attentive, polite, and ready to help. The rooms and grounds are spotless, with daily housekeeping. The well‑maintained grounds feature many different leisure spots—loungers, swings, bean‑bag chairs, hammock chairs, a barbecue area, a coffee zone, and more. The heated pool is a bonus. The shared kitchen has everything from cutlery to pans and pots, a kettle, and a microwave. There are shower towels and separate pool towels. The location is convenient: across the road is a spring that pours water for hours, and it’s a 5‑minute walk to shops, the market, and restaurants. I’d love to come back.
