I liked the amenities and the service was good, especially at the sky bar with Ceferino who is the best! The highlight of our trip was meeting him; he makes the best drinks and is super friendly. We had a great time. I also appreciated that the enclave lounge was included with our suite. Room service had no extra fees or charges. The place was pretty clean and the food was good. Nothing bad to say.

Overall, the hotel was great. The pool and private beach were excellent, and the staff around the pool area did a fantastic job. But I had a very unpleasant encounter at Sunan Asian Fusion Restaurant with a staff member named Melinda, who was extremely rude and disrespectful. I told her I had a reservation for 9:30, but before I finished, she cut me off and said, “NO.” I asked what she meant, and she said there was no reservation under my name, only one under another guest’s Spanish name. I showed her my confirmation, which clearly showed the correct time and restaurant, yet she did not apologize for the miscommunication and acted as if the mistake was our fault. As an all‑inclusive hotel, guests deserve professional and respectful service, and I was extremely offended by her attitude and treatment. This interaction almost ruined what otherwise had been a wonderful stay.

The sea view was very pretty. The sea view from my room on the second floor was interrupted by palm trees.
