The breakfast staff were very pleasant, but the air conditioning in the room was loud and harsh. The room was above the trash bins, so there was a lot of noise during collection, and it was also very close to the big ventilation fans.

The staff were super friendly, check‑in and check‑out were easy, and the room was clean and comfortable. Everything was fine.

I liked the breakfast and the staff who served us. The selection was nice and the space was great, though the prices were a bit high. The internet was terrible, constantly dropping out, so I had to do most of my meetings on my phone because the connection was so unstable.

The room was quiet and very comfortable, with excellent bedding though the pillows weren’t very firm. The balcony was lovely and letting fresh air in the room was important. The cozy loveseat/oversized chair with ottoman added to the vibe. It’s a short walk to Old Town Scottsdale. The lobby and pool area were empty and uninviting, which was disappointing and why I wouldn’t recommend it as a romantic getaway. Paying extra for parking, a bottle of water, and breakfast was a bit disappointing.
