The place was fantastic, the staff super friendly, the décor gorgeous, and everything was just a stone's throw away—so glad we picked Tizgui.
nothing. I had a disappointing experience at Muza Guest House. The staff member I dealt with was not friendly or welcoming, which made me feel uncomfortable during my stay. The hostel was also very noisy, making it difficult to relax or get a good night's sleep. Another issue was the breakfast. My reservation clearly stated that breakfast was included, but when I asked about it, I was simply told that I didn't have breakfast included. After checking my booking, I confirmed that breakfast was in fact part of my reservation, but it was never provided. Overall, I was disappointed by the customer service and the lack of attention to what was included in my booking. Unfortunately, I can't recommend staying here based on my experience

The vibe, style, and comfort were great, guests were quiet and friendly, and the dorm stay was solid; breakfast and coffee were good (as shown in the pics), but the shower handle and water pressure could be better and the Wi‑Fi didn’t reach the part of the room I slept in.
The location is clean and varied, but it can get a bit noisy at night, especially in street-facing rooms where cars, barking dogs, and shouting make it hard to sleep; some guests feel a little intrusive, so it’s best to keep to yourself and mind your own business.
