“Absolutely exceptional and relaxing boutique hotel!”
The boutique hotel was absolutely spectacular, from the refreshing welcome drink to the exceptional staff, making our 5‑night stay perfect; the room was spacious, beautiful, and comfortable, featuring a bathtub and sink carved from dark stone, with joinery and furniture made of reclaimed ship timber; the shower and toilet were in separate cubicles adjoining the bathroom area for extra privacy; thoughtful touches included sensor night lights that lit the floor when getting up at night, robes perfect for lounging, a separate armchair, and a daybed; we enjoyed breakfast each morning in the hotel dining room, where high‑quality ingredients, freshly squeezed juice, coffee, and a lovely, simple, healthy breakfast selection were served; the pool was used both day and night, always private, with comfy chairs and towels; the location was great, on a quiet leafy street only a few minutes’ walk to the beach, with many cafés, restaurants, and laundry services nearby, and easy access to Grab anywhere, even across the bridge to Hai Châu; we highly recommend a V.Soul jewellery workshop and visiting Nguon Spa nearby; the staff were truly exceptional, especially Quan, Thao, and others whose names we didn’t catch (including the lovely women who served breakfast and the cleaners); the hotel surprised us with birthday decorations in the room on arrival, and Quan also helped me carry my suitcase and brought a portable fan on request; staff were always friendly and prompt with any requests.
