“Restful”
The place was peaceful, but there was an unpleasant odor coming from the shower/toilet drainage or plumbing.

I really enjoyed the hospitality at Azalea; from the moment we arrived, the staff opened the door for us and greeted us with a warm smile—even in the morning. They exemplify Filipino hospitality: professional, warm, and genuinely welcoming. Everything ran smoothly, and their kindness made our stay even more comfortable and memorable. The people were the real highlight of our experience at Azalea. The only thing that could use improvement is the bathroom: I noticed some dirt and a few strands of hair in the shower during my stay. I hope the housekeeping team can pay a little more attention to these details and ensure that the bathroom and toilet are thoroughly cleaned before each guest arrives. Overall, my stay was wonderful, but a completely spotless bathroom would make it even better.

The place is clean and the staff are accommodating, but the lounge is too small for guests.

The location is pretty close to the central part of Baguio, and all the staff were very nice, friendly, and willing to help whenever they could. The room was outdated, with old or dirty fixtures and lighting.
