How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The hotel was excellent overall. The location was very convenient, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing, and the service made the stay very enjoyable. I would be happy to stay here again. The breakfast options were a bit limited and could benefit from more variety. Overall, however, this did not affect the positive experience of the stay

Check‑in time was flexible, which I appreciated; however, there was no mirror in the room and no fan.

Living in Chittagong, I often travel to Dhaka for visa appointments and have tried many hotels—some budget‑friendly but uncomfortable, others overpriced or poorly located, and online card prepayments a hassle—so I was hesitant before booking Imperial Swiss Garden, Dhaka, but it blew me away, delivering on all fronts and far exceeding my expectations; highly recommended! Can’t find any 😎
