I stayed in a central spot almost on the main street, only about a 2‑minute walk to the beach, with clean and spacious rooms; the staff were very friendly and the breakfast buffet was generous with many options. The pool area was a bit cramped with only a few chairs, and our room faced the main street—Party Street—so it was noisy.

The staff seemed genuinely helpful, and despite the bustle, the place was absolutely quiet by midnight. Overall, we were disappointed: we were assigned a room in the basement, which left a sour first impression, and the breakfast selection was limited; the fruit was good, but the juice felt more like Fanta than real fruit juice. We even found pests in the room—small bugs that were probably cockroaches—and a dead cockroach on the hallway floor for over three days, which we thought was unhygienic and unprofessional. For a three‑star hotel, we expected a noticeably higher and cleaner standard.

“Meravigliosa”

The hotel sits in a strategic spot and is well connected by public transport if you don’t want to rent a car. The staff is wonderful and always ready to fulfill any request. Gabriel, the head animator, is a fantastic, super friendly person with 10‑star professionalism. I liked everything.

The staff’s kindness, especially Abdou at reception, his brother in the kitchens, Penda, and all the other servers, is special. The pool is far too small for the hotel’s capacity and isn’t always very clean; another pool could easily be built in the large garden surrounding the hotel. The room rates are high.
