The spot was spot‑on, the flat was comfy and sleek, just what I liked. But they only gave one towel per person, which is not enough for a week. The kitchen was under‑equipped – missing some dishes and, most importantly, a capsule coffee machine. No toiletries were stocked in the bathroom either.

The place sits right in the middle, all the furniture and kitchen gear is there. The downside is it was really humid and there was no dehumidifier.

The location was great and the space was huge. It just needed a bit more cleaning on a few items we spotted.

The spot was good. The mattress sagged in the middle. There were serious oversights on key details: no bathroom mirror that fits a normal height, no proper bathroom lighting, no bedside tables on either side of the bed. The apartment had the basics but lacked the little touches that make a stay comfortable. When we arrived the heating wasn’t working; they fixed it quickly by moving us to another unit, but everything should be ready before you get here. The Azores rates are high, and this place is mid‑range for 2‑4 people across two rooms.

The location was fine, free street parking, access by code, plenty of storage. The kitchen gear was lacking and the bathroom ventilation was very loud.
