The location is great and the staff are very kind, offering good value for money, but the place gets really noisy on Saturdays and Sundays because Cambodian vendors open stalls, fry food, sell goods, and play karaoke all along the riverside promenade until 10:30. The reception was not really present.

I did not stay here because of building problems. The apartment was on the 4th floor and there was no elevator. The rooms and apartments were old and moldy. I was promised a refund but never received it.

Nothing good. Absolutely stay away. This hotel is a total disaster: dirty room, unpleasant smell, no maintenance. The noise is unbearable, making it impossible to sleep properly. The air conditioning doesn’t work and the safety deposit box is broken. The photos on Booking are false and the dates are probably from the first night… The most shocking part is the owner’s behavior: aggressive, disrespectful, yelling at his staff in front of guests without any shame. A disgraceful scene that makes everyone uncomfortable. It is by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I strongly advise you to avoid it and go elsewhere.
