How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Clean and air‑conditioned. The room was dark and the shared stairwell space had no light; you could hear neighbors. The value for money is terrible—look at other listings for better options at the same price. We’ve rented for years; this is by far the worst.

Highly recommended accommodation, both for its location and its comforts. Everything is perfect.

The property is clean, everything inside is new, the location is good and quiet. The room has no window, which wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the listing, and after a few days you feel cramped. The shared bathroom with another room was also not advertised, which really bothered us.

The spot was great, yet the isolation left something to be desired.

First big surprise: air‑conditioning and a small fridge in the room! Fresh water fountain, coffee machine, and cakes in the common areas. Very quiet. Free parking nearby. Nothing else to add. Thank you.
