How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The bedroom was a good size, but accessibility for disabled guests was tougher, and breakfast was well prepared. The distance from the hotel to the dining venues is more difficult for disabled guests, and there was a lift problem when it stopped while someone was inside.

The bed and the room space were fine, but the lamps need to be turned on with the key card.

Breakfast was good with plenty of food on the buffet, but the lighting was a bit lacking, the mirror was poorly positioned causing glare, and there was no towel rack in the bathroom.

The room was nice and spacious, and we were allowed to use it earlier to get dressed for a wedding ceremony at the castle. Unfortunately it’s very noisy, breakfast is simple but efficient, and it’s expensive.

The spot was great, and the staff greeted me warmly and were friendly. The only downside was that I had to walk through the rain from my room to the breakfast area, which is a result of the hotel rooms being located separately from the restaurant.
