The view from the terrace over the lake was great, and the air‑conditioning was quiet and effective. The street right in front of the door was noisy, the furniture was worn, and the room felt uncomfortable. No glasses were provided in the room, and the elevator was out of service at times, leaving us stuck. Breakfast was acceptable, but the coffee was bad.

The welcome was very good, the staff were very helpful, the place was spotless, and the location was excellent. The mountain‑side room we had was terribly poorly sound‑proofed, letting us hear the neighboring room and the hallway.

The staff were pleasant and the room was very clean. The room itself was tiny, dated, and we were actually upgraded. It was far too expensive at 200€/night. Breakfast was really bad, and the coffee was awful.
