The service was good and the rooms were clean; it feels safe for female guests and the staff were friendly. The Wi‑Fi could have been better and the ventilation needs improvement.

Nothing positive. Everything was messed up, not clean, and the staff were rude.

Good value for money and solid service, but the auto driver outside claimed it was the hotel’s auto and forced us to go to a wholesale market or book his own ride, which was really disturbing.

The location was good, and I grabbed breakfast from a nearby hotel called Amudham, which was also tasty. The only downside was that the exhaust fan in my room wasn't working.

The room was spacious and the staff were helpful and polite, making it a solid choice for a budget stay. Inside the room itself it was clean, but the corridor and the rest of the premises smelled like toilets, and even the restaurant had that same stinky odor; hygiene standards really need improvement.
