“Leider zu schlecht für den aufgerufenen Preis. Die Fotos auf booking suggerieren eine andere Qualität. Auch auf mehrfach”
The location is good for the city and as a starting point for day trips with a rental car, and the suite is very spacious; the evening restaurant terrace offers a great sunset view. The real issue was the outdated equipment: several appliances didn’t work or worked poorly, the stove’s temperature setting couldn’t be read, the bathroom drains had no stable cover (open hole) posing a risk of injury, air‑conditioners on the balcony drained freely (slip hazard), furniture had loose or broken veneer, the plastic chair on the balcony that was shown in photos as high‑quality terrace furniture was falling apart, the push‑button sets on interior doors were partly corroded or eaten by salt or cleaning products so they couldn’t be cleaned, kitchen knives were made of thin, bendable metal, and the promised sea view turned out to be just a pool view.
“Disappointing and poor value for money.”
The location is good, but the hotel looked old and tired, room facilities were very basic, there was no parking at the hotel, and the slope to reach the reception was steep.
“Great location and comfortable room, though choose floor that you stay on carefully if you care for the view.”
The room was spacious because it was a suite, and we strongly recommend it for families since it has separate rooms with individual air‑conditioners, which was very pleasant as we each prefer different temperatures. The mattress on the sofa bed was also very comfortable. The hotel’s location was ideal, within walking distance of Oldtown and other restaurants. The pillows were quite hard, making sleep a bit tougher, and the view from our 5th‑floor suite was partially blocked by the restaurant roof.
“Très bon séjour”
Breakfast was very good, the location was excellent and the welcome was great, but the bed was too soft, the jacuzzi tub was small and had a leak.
“Spacious suite, good balcony, great views.”
The pool area was great and the hotel is close to town.
