The location works for my needs. The pool lounge area was dirty, and loud music played until late on a Monday. There were too few staff; it seemed like one girl handled everything, though she was nice.

The location is good, in the centre, and we reached various places quickly. The stairs were long and the bags were heavy.

The staff were friendly and always ready to help, and the location is unbeatable. The photos made it look like there was a kitchen, but there wasn’t any, and we were a group.

I booked this place on Thursday 6th August and arrived to check in on Saturday 8th August at 6pm, only to be told the room was full and that I had to request a refund from bookings.com; they had accepted my booking even though the place was full, leaving me without accommodation at 6pm with a valid reservation, and a week later I still haven’t received my refund – stay away from this place and never book here again.
