It’s a budget hotel to stay within the city. The rooms and toilets are small.

The staff were very helpful, the location was good, and breakfast was good. The booking process could be better. Even though the room was reserved on Bookings.com, payment is taken separately by Treebo through a WhatsApp link. A more streamlined booking process would help.

The breakfast was amazing, absolutely delicious.

The pictures gave a false impression of the room and the place; it was dirty and looked very tired. I chose to go elsewhere, and they didn’t give me the full refund they promised. Worse still, they didn’t respond to my emails.
