I appreciated the clean facilities, the excellent breakfast, and the helpful breakfast staff who gave great local info; the gentleman who checked me out was very professional and people‑oriented. However, I called early on September 19th to ask a few questions after booking, and the male front desk attendant who answered was rude, talking over me before I could finish and then abruptly hanging up.
