The staff were very good and polite, a lady was cheerful and spontaneous, though I forgot to ask her name; the place was clean and well organized, the beds cozy, and it's right in the center, easy to find.

The hotel is well located! However the facilities are not good. The mattresses aren't very comfortable and the bathroom is quite bad. The cleanliness is lacking.
