Arctic Hotel

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by a major issue: mosquitoes were rampant in the air-conditioned rooms. It was like they were breeding in the air vents or something - I couldn't even enjoy a peaceful night's sleep.

The hotel's location is pretty central, close to all the action, but that also means you'll hear the traffic noise all night. It's a small price to pay for being so close to everything.

I was a bit let down by the state of the hotel, to be honest. The breakfast was okay, but that's about where the positives end. The place was crawling with cigarette butts and had a pretty unhygienic vibe going on. And to make matters worse, the room wasn't even cleaned daily.

“Nothing”

The hotel's biggest problem is its complete lack of cleanliness and decent food options. The waste management was a joke, and the food was subpar. It's a shame, because with some serious renovations, this place could be okay.

I had a pretty traumatic experience at this hotel, which I'm still trying to process. At check-in, one of the staff members, a short black-skinned man who introduced himself as Abhilash, seemed friendly enough, but things quickly took a turn for the worse. He started calling and texting me on WhatsApp unnecessarily, and even came to my room twice with a bad attitude. To make matters worse, he got drunk and started calling me multiple times in the middle of the night, asking for a photo.
