The staff were friendly and the beach was great.
“Excelente”
Everything was perfect, and nothing was missing.
“Deberia mejorar para ser un cinco estrellas”
The rooms and the beach look beautiful, but if you want a sun lounger you have to get up at 6 am or you’ll miss the sun. The buffet is lovely, but because it’s the only air‑conditioned dining spot, queues are long. There are only three tiny restaurants without air conditioning, spots fill up fast, service is slow, and the food variety is poor. The buffet is nice, but the menu repeats daily and the line is always long. The staff are friendly, yet there is so little that you end up queuing for water, drinks, or food. The infrastructure can’t support so many guests. It doesn’t live up to a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel; it’s more like a pricey 3‑star. Watch the categories because many don’t include drinks, dinner at the restaurant, etc.
“A very good stay.”
The beach right at the hotel was amazing, but the room’s air conditioning was a let‑down.
Silvio’s service, the facilities, the pool bar, and the terrace bar were all great, but we had to pay extra to access some areas, there was not enough entertainment for kids, and the buffet was never open for continuous meals.
