The apartment is in a pleasant, quiet residential area with playgrounds, small restaurants nearby, and a metro/tram close by. It’s a spacious three‑bedroom place for a reasonable price. The bedrooms have no curtains, only light‑filtering anti‑peeping versions, which is odd. The living room also lacks curtains, so people on the street can see in and it sounds very hollow. The kitchen is very limited and cluttered; buy a basic set for six people and you’re set. The rusted trash can is broken—just replace it. Overall, the apartment lacks a bit of care.
