How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The room was decent; good towels (that’s important), had a microwave, fridge, coffee. It was quiet despite being in a room adjacent to the street. It was an easy walk to restaurants, etc., in town. Parking was possibly inadequate (I was early to check in). The outside looked a bit shabby.

It wasn’t as promised. It was unclean and in bad repair. Things were broken and/or held together with scotch tape. Pictures were gone with only screws left in the wall. Not as depicted on the website. Even had a used towel still in the shower… I didn’t feel comfortable staying in something obviously unclean and in that much disrepair. Long story short, they refused to remedy the situation or cancel the reservation. I have backup of the issues I had. They kept my money and I had to look elsewhere to stay. Bad customer service and they made money off of me while providing no service. I paid $370.00 for no usable services, got a $53.00 credit memo for my troubles, but it’s for future use and I don’t travel much. Very disappointing.

We stayed there as a large group and enjoyed the hotel. It’s in a convenient location with friendly staff, good, spacious rooms, and a comfortable bed

The room was spotless and stylish, complete with a blow dryer, toiletries, and a real coffee pot stocked with coffee, cream, and sugar. The spot is perfect for walking to a variety of restaurants and shops. However, the lock box that releases the key would be better if it used a button keypad instead of the current roller that requires you to spin numbers until you get the four‑digit code; I struggled a bit and had to wait for staff help. Also, the room is quite cramped—if I had a partner, we probably wouldn't have been able to move around comfortably together.
