How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The bed was very comfortable and just the right softness, I slept well, the room was spacious with a wardrobe and a well‑arranged shoe rack, and the staff were very helpful.

The location, the wide clean room, and the very helpful staff were great, and the pool was lovely and suitable for children.

The toilet was quite small, and the shower was cramped inside.

The staff were friendly, the air‑conditioning worked well, and the toilets were usable, but overall the facilities were worn out and needed updating—from ripped linoleum in the lift to old plumbing in the bathroom, and there was no hot‑water tap for the washbasin and no mixer on the shower. The bar that was advertised was non‑existent, and the restaurant and room service had stopped at 3 pm; the hotel seemed geared toward events rather than staying guests.

I had to wake up early because the power was cut that day.
