The staff was very welcoming and available, the evening show was quite fun and free. I could not throw toilet paper in the toilet.

The structure is pleasant and of good quality. The room is adequate for the price paid and the location is convenient. The transfer management was absolutely unacceptable. Because of problems with my flight, which were not my fault, I had to arrange a new transfer to reach the hotel. I was denied, with no real possibility of finding a solution. Even worse, once I arrived at the hotel on my own, I was charged for the transfer I had not used. Charging for an unused service, especially in a situation caused by flight problems, is unfair, wrong and frankly disrespectful to the customer. This handling ruined my experience significantly.
