The pool and jacuzzi were good, breakfast was tasty, and the gym was excellent, but the location was a drawback.

The breakfast was excellent, but the dinner prices per person seemed a bit too expensive.

The place was very service-oriented, clean and pleasant. The staff were great, rooms spacious. Breakfast was varied and very tasty. We really enjoyed it. The spa was fantastic with an indoor pool and jacuzzi. However, rooms were vacated on Saturdays just like on weekdays, which is problematic for those who observe Shabbat.

When we arrived on Friday afternoon, the front desk had decided we shouldn't be hungry during the holiday. At the reception area, a large table was filled with cookies, salted snacks, apples and honey, cold water, and orange juice. In the room, there was also food: apple with honey, cake, labneh, za'atar spread with crispy pita pieces, pomegranate, and various little treats. Beyond the food, what was truly lovely was the sense that someone had put thought into it. They really tried to give guests a festive and pleasant feeling, which was heartwarming. The hotel itself isn’t big or crowded, which I actually liked. The rooms may not be huge, but they have everything needed – including an external balcony with a breeze that makes you consider just moving there, an espresso machine, and daily refilled water bottles. There’s an indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, and a rooftop bar with a view of the mountains. Breakfast offers a crazy variety, so everyone finds something. In short, we had a very successful vacation. A pleasant, service-oriented, indulgent hotel without being pretentious.
