The apartment was spotless and well-organised, with a fantastic bathroom that had both a bath and a separate shower unit.
The staff were absolutely fantastic, always willing to lend a helping hand and with big smiles on their faces.
The location of this hotel is one of its best features - it's just a short walk from Florida Road.
We got a pretty good deal, considering we were given a refund and upgraded to a queen room.

The place was spotless and the staff were on point, but the room we got was right by the reception so the noise was a bit annoying.
The hotel was convenient, clean, neat, safe, and pretty luxurious, yet the TV was in bad condition and didn’t work properly.
“Mixed, terrible first night and wonderful second night.”
The second night was wonderful; the room was spacious, clean, and far from the reception light and noise. The first night, however, was in a small room directly opposite the reception desk, and the light and noise from reception were disturbing, plus the door rattled when the entrance doors opened.
We were told nothing about the restaurant being closed when we booked, which was a let‑down.
“Best location”
The place was clean and the location was great.
