“Good location, but hotel is run-down.”
The location in Portree is good, but the lobby and common areas were shabby and cluttered. The room itself was fine, yet the hotel overall didn’t feel inviting.
Everything was first class – a sensational experience.
“Excellent”
The room, beds, and bathroom were all great.
“Spacious”
The rooms were very spacious, and the highlight was spotting the hairy coos.
Very underwhelming; most of us were disappointed with the place. We’ll never stay here again.
