There is no breakfast, which was clearly communicated beforehand, but there is a small kitchenette with appliances to prepare a brought‑in breakfast; there is good coffee (Nespresso) and tea; a stocked fridge with drinks is available for a fee; there is a private terrace with table and chairs; the neighborhood is quiet and good for cycling from this location; the host and his wife are friendly.

We were greeted warmly; the Leaf & Lounge was tastefully decorated, and having an air‑conditioner or fan would have been nice, but the fan that was there didn't work; this place is definitely recommended, and everything was thought of.

The only downside was that there was no breakfast, even though we had expected one. After all, it’s a B & B, right? Everything else was great: we were welcomed warmly, the room was beautifully decorated and spotless. If it weren’t for that missing breakfast, I would have given it a 10.
