No breakfast. The room had windows with no view, the kitchen smell was carried up the stairwell, the bathroom was too small, staff were only available at check‑in, and the value for money was too expensive.

A charming spot right in Bad Tölz’s old town, the historic passage and courtyard give it a unique vibe. The rooms are lovely, modern, cozy, and full of small touches, and ours faced the courtyard. Even though restaurant guests were around, it didn’t bother us at all, and by 10 pm it was pleasantly quiet. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making you feel welcome from the start. Breakfast isn’t served on site but at a nearby café to the south, which works well with a short walk through Bad Tölz. A nice, personalized alternative to a typical hotel, highly recommended for a stay in the heart of Bad Tölz.
