I was disappointed by the lack of sensitivity toward disabled guests; even after paying to reserve a spot for the evening because of mobility issues, they handed it to whoever wanted it.

I loved everything – from the warm welcome, the incredibly kind staff, the sweet and beautiful Dejla, and the other guy whose name I unfortunately can’t recall. The owner, Visi, was helpful and friendly, ready to assist with any need. Cleanliness was essential: I entered the room and everything was perfect, the bed made and towels changed daily. The bar below the hotel offered fresh croissants every day and exceptional coffee. I adored everything and hope to return soon to Vlorë, staying at this place again.

The staff were super friendly, and the hotel is close to the charming old centre. The road is a bit busy and noisy.

We really had a good time at the hotel. Everyone was very kind. A lady cleans every day and makes sure we have everything you need. The price is affordable, considering that the hotel is close to the centre and the old town. There’s everything you need nearby: markets, coffee places. A bit away if you’re going to the beach walking but still possible in 40 minutes.
