The location was good and you could walk to the beach in just 3 minutes. The manager and her wife were super nice and helpful. The rooms were old and the fan didn’t run fast enough, so the AC took a long time to cool the room, and there were no toiletries in the bathroom.

The owner became a friend during our stay. The basic room near the centre of Mirissa was clean and spacious, and they changed the linens after two days. Highly recommend!

Good location and very quiet. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. Nothing else to add.

The walk to the beach wasn’t far. The stairs were a problem – the water pressure was very weak.

The location was fine. The bed and pillows were good, and breakfast was okay. The pictures of the hotel were misleading; it looked nothing like that. Everything was dirty and poorly maintained – tape on broken windows, exposed wires where a bathroom lamp should have been. At arrival there was only water, no soap, coffee, or bottled water. It was too expensive for what it offered.
