Highly Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price I visited this property on my birthday, expecting it to be a great place to celebrate with my friends, but it turned out to be a complete nightmare. At check-in, the manager, Mr. Anson, didn’t bother to show us where our room was. When we finally found it, we were shocked to see that it was still under construction – the walls weren’t even painted! When we called Mr. Anson to address the issue, he responded rudely, saying “We are fully booked; you can either stay or take a refund.” After a short argument, he reluctantly agreed to upgrade us to a better villa the next day since we had booked for two nights. As it was already late evening, we had no choice but to stay. The worst part was the lack of privacy, as the unfinished room had open gaps and corners. The next day, while talking to other guests, we found out that they too were facing similar issues and some were even planning to cut short their stay due to the poor infrastructure and Mr. Anson’s unprofessional behavior. Even after the upgrade, the experience didn’t improve much – the bathtub had sharp edges near the water inlet, making it unsafe and uncomfortable to use. I genuinely hope the owners take this feedback seriously, as I paid a premium price and deeply regretted my decision. I strongly advise anyone planning to book this property to think twice before doing so. One of the biggest concerns during my stay was the lack of safety in the room. The first room we were given was still under construction, with unfinished walls, exposed areas, and uneven flooring. There were several open gaps and corners that made the room unsafe and also compromised our privacy
