The place is really spacious and the location is great, but the barbecue was broken and we had to improvise to get it working. The overall cleaning could be better, and the facilities would benefit from a little extra care.

The only redeeming feature of the property is the terrace, although it’s not enclosed as shown in the photos and it opens onto the neighboring house’s terrace. I have no doubt that the conditions of what they call “the house” are reportable; it’s basically an old barn with painted walls and no insulation. We arrived at 3 AM to find a reception area covered in filthy tiles, a strong odor of urine and damp, and an overall humidity that made it hard to breathe. We decided to wait until morning to report the disaster, but that was impossible. The humidity inside was so bad that the sofas and bed mattresses were wet, so our clothes got soaked. In the end we had to leave the house and wait in the car until 9 AM to finally get in touch with the people at Lotila Flats, who, unsurprisingly, were very willing to solve the issue and moved my reservation to a flat in Infiesto. The flat in Infiesto turned out to be another ordeal of organization and cleanliness.
