This hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter, with loads of restaurants and attractions within walking distance.
The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, they even arranged all our transportation for us.
The rooms were spotless, the breakfast was plentiful, and the staff were really friendly.
The breakfast buffet was also a highlight, with a great selection of Asian and Western options, as well as fresh fruits and yogurt.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the airport taxi was cheap and convenient, and the hotel sits right next to the best food spots while staying very clean and comfortable.
“Excelente estancia”
Everything was excellent, but what I enjoyed most was the buffet. I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.
“A partir de ahora nuestro hotel de referencia en Hanoi”
The entire staff was attentive, especially receptionist Abee; the bed was very comfortable, the facilities clean and the location good. Breakfast was appropriate and varied. We were so pleased that while we’re in Sapa we had already booked another hotel for our return to Hanoi just in case the experience was bad, but it was so good we cancelled that reservation and will stay here again. The only downside might be the bathroom lighting, which could be better because the mirror doesn’t show you well.
“Good value for money”
The room was spacious, and I found nothing to complain about.
The location is right next to the Old Quarter yet surprisingly quiet, clean and well-maintained, with tasty breakfast and a nice view, and the staff are very courteous.
