The front desk girl was amazing—so nice and helpful. The room was clean, nice, and offered a good view. I felt the price was a bit higher than expected, and the blanket was very heavy.

The location was good. They say there’s a view, but on the 3rd floor by the river we couldn’t see the river at all. On the first night, arriving late, the entrance was locked and I couldn’t get in. There were staff inside but they seemed to ignore me. I asked a smoking guest outside for help and used that guest’s room card to get in.

Brilliant location close to centre, had a great stay, staff were great very friendly and helpful Room was clean. Nothing major but Rooms were a bit outdated but very clean, No air conditioning could be very hot in the summer we had to sleep with patio door open in Oct. Note says windows can’t be open from Nov to April so if you like fresh air may be a problem. Wi-Fi very intermittent unable to watch tv or use phone properly. Could do with better lighting
