How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The photos on the website don’t do the rooms and bathroom justice; they’re actually very beautiful and comfortable. The only thing I’d add is a curtain in the bedroom, because while there’s a roller blind, opening it in the morning and looking out the large window makes it hard to keep privacy when you step into the bathroom from the street and people can see you with an exposed body.

The hotel offers its own parking, a smooth check‑in process, and a clean room. There isn’t a dance hall, but it’s adequate if you’re looking for a place to sleep near Europapark. Europapark closes at 18:00 and the dining options in the spacious area are really limited, which isn’t the hotel’s fault but you should plan for that.

Our daughter fell ill, and they provided cleaning supplies for vomiting; although they offered full board, they were flexible with the checkout time.

The cleaning was good and the proximity to Europa Park was convenient. It was very hot in August, and there was only one small fan in a room for four people.
