“Lovely staff and great location for an early flight”
The hotel is near the airport, but our tables were not cleaned.
The staff were very helpful and friendly, and there was nothing to complain about.

We had to stay overnight in Sydney after a long-haul flight from Europe. The staff were welcoming and friendly. We ate in the restaurant and it was surprisingly good. I have stayed in a few of the airport hotels over the years and I will be returning to this one. The bed was comfy, but honestly, I was glad to be horizontal after the epic 30 hr trip from Europe. If I had to be picky. The bed was roughly made and water bottles beside the bed would have been a bonus

There was a small problem with the shuttle, but they fixed it fast and I received a complimentary breakfast.

It’s close to the airport and the Mascot train station, and they let me into my room a few hours before the official check‑in time, which was a godsend after a 24‑hour flight; however, for the price you’re paying, an airport hotel should include a free shuttle instead of a paid one, and the TV selection is surprisingly limited even though the basics are available.
