The place was clean and quiet, with river and road transport options, and the restaurant food and service were great. The only downside was that my room didn't face the Chao Praya, which was disappointing.

A tiny boutique hotel that was perfect.

Breakfast fell short of expectations.

The location along the river was wonderful, and the rooftop pool rooms offered great river views. A tuk‑tuk service to a local mall was brilliant, and the facilities were modern and very clean. However, the hotel is marketed as a luxury property but delivers nothing of that sort. There were no traditional Thai greetings, welcome drinks, or cool towels. We had to wait an hour for our room to be ready after the designated check‑in time, with no explanation or compensation. During our stay we saw no more than two other guests. The property has the shell of a luxury hotel but lacks the fine details. Some cabinets were broken or damaged, bath towels were worn and frayed around the edges, and the lawns around the pool were in desperate need of cutting. Given the price per night, the experience was extremely disappointing. We had a far more luxurious stay at a previous hotel that cost only a third of the price.
