“Olyan hely, ahol a lehető legkevesebb szolgáltatással szeretnék megúszni a vendéglátást.”
The area was tidy and livable. When we arrived we had to “work out” (call the number given at booking) someone to let us in. Ringing at one of the gates was useless. The lady on the phone said she thought we were only arriving in the evening, even though we gave an approximate arrival time. Finally a kind but completely uninformed lady (the mother of the caller) let us in, but she had no idea what we had booked. We found the room ourselves. Only one bed was set up, even though we were two. Only one towel was on the pre‑made bed (usually they give two). We later found another in the wardrobe. We were careless, left the towels in the attic bathroom, the washing machine, and the next guests used them, so we concluded they never got towels. Luckily we brought our own for the shower. The bathroom had little liquid soap and almost an empty men’s shower gel. That was what the four of us had to use. In the summer heat the rooms without air conditioning were unbearable; we couldn’t sleep. The fan just mixed the air, it didn’t help. The small attic window didn’t let in enough fresh air at night. There was no TV in the rooms, which nowadays isn’t a big luxury. There was a shared kitchen, relatively well equipped, but the glasses we found were dirty. The former patio furniture and garden set were neglected. Instead of plants there was a discarded pine “decorating” it. The gate was a separate issue. In fact the car entrance might have been at some point. There’s no latch or opening mechanism, just a lock that must be hung and un‑hung, but it can’t be closed because there’s no key. So the lock’s “bar” holds the gate closed instead of a lock. Not only we, but others also “tinkered” with it, e.g.
