The whole trip blew us away – the scenery was flawless and the cabin itself was spectacular. We lit a fire that night with all the kindling, wood, axes, and paper already stocked. Dinner was fantastic, and breakfast offered something for everyone – cereal, eggs, toast, and more. Anything you could imagine wanting was already there. The only downside was that I missed using the outdoor shower the night before because it was a bit frosty in the morning; it was mid‑September, so that’s understandable, and it didn’t ruin the otherwise wonderful stay.

“Perfect little cabin in the wildwoods”

Tucked away in the remote north of BC, Kristy cooked us a dinner that included fresh‑baked bread, a crisp salad with her own dressing, and a solid main dish. The cabin was stocked with everything you could need for breakfast and had plenty of firewood, making it super comfy. The only thing that kept me from giving it five stars was the lack of an indoor bathroom, which would have been a big help as I get older.
