Only for budget backpackers. This rural house sits on the Brazil side of Leticia, so don't expect luxury or convenience. You wake up at 5 am to birds and roosters. Wifi is strong, good for remote workers. JUAN, the owner, is very friendly and helpful. I slept in a wooden bungalow with a mosquito net over the bed; after a day of walking it was fine! There are plenty of animals to befriend. The road was muddy because it rained all night.

The cleaning was good, but it was far from town.

The place feels very cozy, with dogs, cats, and chickens. Wanda and Juan, the owners, are very nice. The beds are comfortable and the wifi is good, though there were some power outages that I think are due to the neighborhood, not the hostel.

The price is cheap and it feels like staying on Amazon. The location is far from the city center.

The place is surrounded by nature. The mattresses, pillows, and the long walk to the bathroom could be shortened and made safer; that was a bit stressful.
