We absolutely loved our stay here. We weren’t sure what to expect since the hotel only had a few reviews, but it turned out to be one of the best places we stayed during our trip. Every staff member was genuinely wonderful. The woman who prepared breakfast was incredibly kind and even brought our coffees to the table herself each morning. The three men at reception were consistently welcoming, polite, and incredibly helpful. When we arrived, they carried our luggage, explained all the hotel amenities, and personally showed us to our room. Every time we had a question, they were happy to help with a smile. The hotel itself is beautiful. It smells amazing as soon as you walk in, everything feels brand new, and it's clear that a lot of thought has gone into every detail. Our room was spacious, bright, spotless, and very modern. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Registan and many of Samarkand's main attractions. Considering the quality of the hotel, the service, and the location, the price was incredible value for money. What really made this place special, though, was the people. Everyone made us feel genuinely welcome, and their kindness and professionalism stood out throughout our stay. I honestly can't think of a single negative thing to say. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Samarkand. They were great!

-Looks new and clean. -Staff are friendly and helpful. -Huge breakfast for 1 person. -Located at the main road. -Room is spacious. -There’s no fridge inside the room to store my food from outside. - Had a GPS issue with the drop off point ( Yandex ). The driver dropped me few kilometers away from the property. Better suggest to pin your location at the Kapriz Confectionery which is just beside the hotel. Anyways the staff made some suggestions once I told him what happened
