The staff were courteous. The location was convenient. The breakfast spread was very tasty and plentiful.

I chatted with the booking team about breakfast because it wasn’t clear. They sent a long reply confirming that breakfast is included and detailed what it contains. At check‑in, they said no breakfast was included at all. The hotel says they informed you on several occasions. It feels a bit like a sales trick. Anyway, there are many ways to book, so we’ll end it here.
