The hosts were very friendly, breakfast was great and the rooms were very pretty. For me, the only drawback was the sleeping pillow, but that’s a matter of taste.

A beautifully renovated room right in Giarre – central and still pleasantly quiet even with closed shutters. The air conditioning is perfect for the hot temperatures. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful. Even though we arrived late at night, he greeted us personally and gave us many useful tips that helped us a lot in the first days on Sicily. We also enjoyed the breakfast on the terrace – a wonderful start to the day.

Beautiful, large bathroom with a big walk‑in closet. The room is also richly furnished. The bed is very comfortable. Good air conditioning. Pleasant terrace. Good breakfast – there were cheeses, cold cuts, olives, various Italian pastizzi sweet and savory, delicious. The host serves coffee during breakfast, talks, tells about the area and what’s worth seeing. Very engaged, chatty, though he speaks little in English. Minor negatives: 1) the apartment is on the second floor, only stairs. 2) The description mentioned a shared kitchen, so we thought we could cook there. The host pointed out on arrival that the kitchen is only for breakfast. Thus the apartment description is misleading. 3) The host’s constant presence during breakfast became somewhat awkward over time.

I was thrilled by how spotless everything was, and Giovanni, the owner, was incredibly friendly and helpful—definitely planning to return soon!

Everything was perfect: the room was spotless, newly renovated, and tastefully decorated, even offering slippers and a bath cap. The breakfast was exceptionally tasty, featuring traditional Sicilian dishes, and the staff were warm and gave great recommendations; asking for oat milk at breakfast was no problem—they even inquired about allergies during check‑in.
